Content and Intellectual Property

• Your Content: You retain ownership of content you submit to the Services (“User Content”). You grant Zacose a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to host, process, and display User Content solely to provide and improve the Services.
• Zacose Content: The Services, including software, workflows, templates, and documentation, are owned by Zacose or its licensors and are protected by intellectual property laws.
• Feedback: If you provide feedback, you grant Zacose the right to use it without restriction or compensation.

AI-Generated Outputs

Outputs generated by the Services may be based on your inputs and third-party data. You are responsible for reviewing outputs for accuracy, compliance, and suitability for your intended use. Zacose does not guarantee that outputs are error-free or fit for a particular purpose.

Third-Party Services

The Services may integrate with third-party tools or services. Your use of those services is subject to their terms, and Zacose is not responsible for third-party services.

Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access to the Services if you violate these Terms or if we believe your use could cause harm. You may cancel your account at any time. Upon termination, your right to use the Services will cease.

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, ZACOSE WILL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR FOR ANY LOSS OF PROFITS, REVENUE, DATA, OR GOODWILL, ARISING OUT OF OR RELATING TO YOUR USE OF THE SERVICES.

Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Zacose, its affiliates, and their officers, directors, employees, and agents from any claims, damages, losses, liabilities, and expenses (including attorneys’ fees) arising from your use of the Services or violation of these Terms.
